Biography
Janet Torelli, a self-taught sterling tableware
designer, draws her unique designs from architectural and organic
forms. While some have found the influence of fine jewelry in
her designs, Torelli sees her work as a marriage of functionality
and contemporary elegance for the table.
She resides in Chicago, which provides a fertile
source for her design ideas. She is a member of the American
Craft Council.
